“I just got this and the power cord for the keypad doesn't fit into the cut out space under the keypad. I've read online that people are using dremels to shave it down to fit, but that seems kind of crazy to me? Anyone else have this problem?”

Hello, Chenzo. Thank you for reaching out regarding your power cord question. No, you should not need to alter the device in order to have the power cord fit properly. It sounds like you may have the Base Station and Keypad power cords swapped.
