Hi JEarly. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. For optimal performance, it is not recommended to aim your Ring device directly at a window. The glass can negatively affect the camera's ability to accurately detect motion and the Night Vision feature may experience glare or washed-out images when pointed through glass. Repositioning the camera to a location that avoids facing a window should provide a better image.
