Does this test your balance and also is for fitness null

If you mean like the old wii fit game tested. I have not come across that at this point. There are “games” in it that you need balance to achieve the level you have encountered in the game.

Some of the exercises do test your balance and yes, this is for fitness out as well.

It tells you when you’re not doing it right.
