Our existing porch light is mounted to the top SIDE of the door - not over top of door. Can this be mounted to the side of the door and still display who is at the door? I know you can adjust the motion area, but not sure you can adjust the camera. Thx null

The camera does have a swivel mount similar to a floodlight motion sensor and can be adjusted.
The motion detection is 180 degree and the camera viewing angle is 140 degree.

If you are replacing a regular porch light, keep in mind that any switches to the light would need
to remain on for this unit to work as it needs constant power unlike a porch light with a switch.
