No. I have two, one on each side. I’ve watched one come on and then the other came on when the cat crossed the motion line.

I don't really know the answer to this question. All I can tell you is that for me, it lights up all of my driveway when motion is detected. I am extremely happy with it.

No, the motion sensor would still detect the motion and activate the light.
