“Need to know since these bulbs are NOT replaceable & when a bulb burns out how do we replace it, where do we get it & at what cost? Do we have to buy the complete system again? Also do these require any batteries for anything to function?”

Theirs no batteries hard wire only, and as for the bulbs they are LED's that should have a life span of 50,000 hours
