Hi-we have the floodlight cam installed on the garage under a soffit and the camera works, but the lights do not go on. There was an existing spotlight there and we used the existing bracket from the old light. Would that cause the problem? Thanks null

No your problem lies elsewhere. Check the wire connections. Also may be a faulty device.
