if you are replacing a current floodlight the Ring is ridiculously easy to install. All tools included. They even include a hook to attach your Ring to the electric box while wiring the connectors. Brilliantly thought out. $3 month if you want the recordings.

In order to support its robust array of features, Floodlight Cam needs to be hardwired into a standard junction box. As Floodlight Cam requires a junction box as well as wiring up live wires, it's highly recommended you hire a licensed electrician to install Floodlight Cam. Unfortunately, I can not give you an exact price due to the fact that it really depends on where you want it and how much wiring needs to be ran.
