Yes. You can define hours, sensativity, and area to monitor.

You can go to the notify, then choose the area, which is PEOPLE only. Then you can choose less notifications .Also you can set your timers for the lights to come on in the evening and turn off in day.It will still record. You set it to LESS notified if it is a high traffic area or many children around. On your phone you can have it as vibrate . Hope this helps. Our garage is in a town home so, quite a bit of cars, kids, and such in daylight hours. Settings turn to silent or vibrate will help.
