No, sorry. You need a strong internet signal. The cloud has to be uploaded on internet as well as the rings to work. You could use an internet extender or 2 , they plug in .Plug closer to your ring items.I have one in my garage, and one in the downstair near my ring doorbell. The cloud can be removed daily if you like ,just store the ones you wish to keep by * starring it.

Because your Floodlight Cam will be mounted outside and far away from your router, this wider range will help eliminate interference and ensure that your Floodlight Cam always performs at its best. Additionally, for best streaming performance, we recommend 2 Mbps upload and download speeds. As far as your saved Ring recordings go, in order to access/download/share your past Ring recordings, you will need to subscribe to our Protect Plan. https://shop.ring.com/pages/protect-plans. From here, you are able to download your Ring recordings directly onto your phone camera roll. Thanks, Kaitlyn R., Customer Satisfaction Specialist [email protected]
