“My rental home will certainly not have WiFi during the "rehab" stage. Then depending on the tenant and their financial situation they may not have any kind of internet service. Most will have cellular phones with limited data. Any thoughts?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This floodlight needs to be connected to wifi. Not sure if it can run off a cell phone celluar service. Even with unlimited data, the signal will be as best as the cellular service. WIth out wifi, not sure if this product is right for you. There are other products out there that can record via a dvr recorder or cloud service.
