No, you need Wifi. To confirm, when you say "WiFi isn't available in your area" do you really mean you don't have a high speed Internet provider? WiFi is something you would setup within your home or office. You buy a WiFi router and attach it to your Internet router. If you wanted to go with a no WiFi solution, you can use PoE (Power over Ethernet) but that still requires a connection to an Internet provider. Ring only makes one camera that uses PoE which is this one: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ring-stick-up-indoor-outdoor-wired-security-camera-white/6292277.p?skuId=6292277 Note, you'll need an run CAT5/6 to it and have a PoE adapter (if you don't already have PoE): https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ring-poe-adapter/6324955.p?skuId=6324955 But your best bet is to just buy a WiFi router instead to save that extra effort.
