Can we use outside USA with 240 volts power ? null

Not if it’s rated at 120 volts. But if your going to another country and installing one then you probably should contact Ring and see if the make one for 240 volts to use in a different country. Option 2, there are step down transformers that can convert 240 volts down to 120 volts. You might want to research that one on your own (Google)
