• It worked at 6 degrees. If I were you I would move to Colorado... such a great state. Ok maybe Texas, Florida or Arizona. Just kidding I love all the wonderful states up north and Canada so nice to visit.. Does any thing work at -20? ha

• yes it can because i have one here in new york with me and it works perfectly. i never had to go out there to clean it off or nothing of that sort.
