Yes it can be installed upside down. The person who installed mine used a waterproof junction box and attached it to the existing box, then installed the camera upside down. Looks like you might benefit from the same. He did that so that the camera would clear the gutters.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The camera is set on a ball that swivels side to side with a wide range of motion but is limited on it's vertical capacity. And the light housings aren't nearly as flexible. If you decide to try it you might be disappointed and end up returning it.
