Not sure I'm understanding your question, but yes, I installed my ring flood light camera to replace an existing flood light ... hope this helps you.

Please try again later.This light is very bright, we can see the area we have the camera pointed at, but it doesn't cover the other side of our home. if you're wanting to use it as replacement floodlights you would have to have one on each side of your home to cover everything depending on the size of your house.
