Hi Jerry, When motion is detected, you'll receive a motion alert (notification) on your cellular device. You'll be able to open the notification and launch Live View where you can speak to the visitor. If you are subscribed to Ring Protect Plan, you'll be able to store your videos. I hope this helps!
