Hello Why. Good question! Yes, the Ring Indoor Security Camera plugs into a standard wall outlet for power using an indoor power cable (6.5 ft.) and adapter. It connects to 2.4GHz wireless 802.11 B/G/N networks and requires a minimum upload speed of 1 Mbps, but 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance.
