“Why does this camera say it only connects to Amazon Alexa? I don't have Alexa (and never will) but do have the Ring app for our outdoor cameras. Does it really work with the Ring app via WiFi?”

I do not have Alexa either. Connected perfect with Ring app. Did have to add a Chime Pro to extend wifi.

You will need a compatible mobile device with the Ring app and a home wifi network for your Ring Indoor Cam to function.
