• Hi Ed. Good question. The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus Plug-In plugs into a standard power outlet with the included USB-C Power Adapter (19.7 feet long). You will insert the USB-C end of the power adapter into the back of your camera and plug the power adapter into a power outlet. Visit our support center for a step-by-step installation guide. • You can run the a.c. plug from outside to ceiling above the garage door opener where the 120v plug is should be a extra plug left on outlet . Cord is pretty long
