“Can the spotlights (wireless, or wired) be hardwired to an existing light connection outside? I have a floodlight in the backyard (which I hardwired) but would like to have a spotlight in front.”

You have to read the box. Ring makes both Hard Wired and Not hard wired. I have one of each of the three. I have one that is Hard Wired , that is a Spotlight Cam. I also have the stick up up one that you have to recharge the battery and the Stick up cam with the solar charger. They all work very well. The Solar one has two rechargeable batteries and seems to be holding a good charge. The Spotlight Cams are Hard wired.
