“Can I control the light on the camera can it record with out the light coming on I live in condo subdivision I can't have that light come on eventime somebody pull in to my driveway but I like ring .”

Yes, the light feature can remain off, or even better - the range and sensitivity of the motion detector can be reduced to eliminate unwanted alerts or lights.

The camera unit on your Spotlight Cam notifies you of movement within the camera’s field of view and has a range of 140 degrees. Since the lights and camera have separate sensor's , you can record video without having the lights turn on.
