“Is the power cable for the ring wired spotlight camera in wall rated. I was wondering if I could mount the camera outside and run the wire through a wall and plug it into a outlet inside. Thanks”

yes.but if you want it to look neat with the smallest hole possible, the screws to disconnect it from the camera are very small. then feed it thru the wall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes that will work. I ran mine thru the soffit and to a plug in the attic. Only down side is that the hole has to be big enough for the plug to get thru. It would have been nice to only have to make a hole the size of the wire.
