“I installed this camera in front of my House but would like to know if the red lights are supposed to show and why is it causing that. Please let me know if theirs anything wrong that I'm doing. Thanks”

The Red lights are for the Night Vision option. You can turn this off from the app if you want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So the red lights is just the nightvision when it turns on when theres low visibility of light. There is nothing wrong with the camera. During the day you will not see that on. At night i leave lights on by cars which causes the night vision to stay off hence no red lights. I like it better because everything is in color and can see faces better like if its during the day still. Now if you have lights off it goes into night vision mode and you will see the little red lights around lens. Once it senses motion your camera light should turn on if you have that feature on in your app because you can choose for the light to turn on or stay off when senses motion and that causes the night vision to turn off. If any questions call customer service they are very helpful and if camera is damaged they instantly send you a new one then you send yours back.
