• It's my understanding that the video is captured to the available memory on the recording camera u less you subscribe to the "Cloud" storage option

• If you have their cloud service than you can export the video to save onto devices but you can not use those devices as the recording service.

• You can use the Ring App to download the video clip with the activity that triggered the alarm or send yourself the link via email or messenger. I don't think that you can record and store in real time; even the Live View clip would need to be downloaded or emailed to yourself as a link.
