• Hi Nicki. Great question. The Stick Up Cam Plug-in comes with an indoor/outdoor power adapter that uses standard power outlets for nonstop power, but you can use a Quick Release Battery Pack (sold separately) for backup power. The Ring Stick Up Camera Wired does require a wifi connection. In the event your power goes out, this may cause your wifi to go out as well.
