“Can I use something like a 3M Command strip to attach this to a window?”

• Use Double sided mounting Tape by Scotch or Gorilla which holds 30lbs or More. Works great and will hold for long time. Follow directions for removal as well.

• I wouldn’t recommend any type of tape to mount it on glass.

• It won't hold up for long. eventually it will fall down
