“I'm having a problem with wifi i have a 5G and it said i need 2.4G what do i need to do to set 0n the ring my rotter has both 5g and 2.4G”

• The ring will only work on 2.4. Make sure your router is broadcasting 2.4 then run the ring setup with the app to connect to your WiFi
