“Hi, I just got my Ring 3 with a BLUE screwdriver. I can't remove the safety screw, it seems as if it has a plastic protector because I can't see the safety screw from the bottom. Can anybody please help me?”

Perhaps the safety screw was never installed? Try just removing the cover. If it comes off then the safety screw was never installed. If you get resistance then it's in there. If you can't get into position to see the safety screw area, Try using your phone to take a picture of it. Then you can view it to see if you see the screw in place. It's frustrating that the screws are sooo darn tiny! Good luck!
