“Can the user delete the video without other user knowledge?”

• This question isn't very clear, but if you are asking if a secondary user, Robin for instance, has been given access to the online cloud storage--then they can delete video clips without the primary user knowing about it.

• Yes, my girlfriend came to the door and my Ring recorded her visit. Luckily, I was able to delete the video clip before my wife saw it.

• The person who sets up the device can control which videos get deleted. If a secondary user is added they cannot control what is deleted of the stored videos.
