Stack all three wedges together attach with smooth side against the wall attach with 2 longest screws then attach ring 2 to top wedge with the 4 small screws attach your cover then attach security screw

I did use two and had to use corner holes to attach wedges together and the mount it to wall using different holes I would guess it would let you attach a 3rd but since they only sent me two and both the same I cant tell you and the two worked as long as I left them apart enough to lower to desired height and after filled in gap with calk

you put up one at a time and screw it in then add another one. At least that is what I did.
