A:AnswerHi mrseven7,
Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, no, Ring is not blackberry compatible. You can, however, monitor your Ring app on your smartphone or android phone.
Thanks,

A:AnswerHello Dan,
I am so sorry to hear this.
Ring has a procedure and policy in place that will help you get a free replacement Ring device as quickly as possible after your Ring device has been stolen. Check out the process here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003475783-What-to-do-if-Your-Ring-Device-is-Stolen.

A:AnswerThe unit I have has a screw at the bottom to loosen. Then you can push the doorbell up to unlock off of the wall mount. It does not have a place for batteries because it has an internal battery. You remove it from the wall mount and charge it from the micro SD charger on the back. You know when it is completely charged because the blue ring around the button will be sound and will stop blinking. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerInvest in the Spotlight solar panel for ring video

As far as your delayed motion alert, check your wifi connect and speed
A:AnswerThe cost is per Ring device and not per phone. It is $30 a year or $3 a month for unlimited storage and access to “Live View” which lets you drop in to your camera anytime you want versus only having visibility when there is motion or someone rings the bell.
A:AnswerNo you cannot. It only works with a smartphone/tablet with a free downloadable app. You can answer the doorbell and view video with the app only
A:AnswerI didn't have a doorbell when I installed it. Installation was easy I did it without a professional. You have to remove two screws to expose the charger. Therefore, I don't think it can sit on a charger while mounted on the door. I charged the Ring a month ago when I purchased it. According to the app it still has 89%. It's definitely worth the money...
A:AnswerYes, you can talk to whoever is at your front door through the phone app. That is one of the reasons we bought our Ring Video doorbell - to allow us to see and talk to visitors or delivery people without having to open the door.
A:AnswerIt is real easy to set up, It gives you easy to read directions for it.. You set up an account with them just incase if anything goes wrong with it. There is no service charge to set it up. It will keep your recording for you free for 30 days and after that if you want to keep the recordings it only cost 3.00 a month or 30.00 for a year. You don't have to take it because it will still let you know if there is motion at your front door but just won't record it for you. You can still see who is there and talk to them from your phone.
A:AnswerIf you already have a chime that rings with your doorbell (hardwired) you can continue to use that chime. You will the additionally hear it on your phone if you have the alerts turned on. I find hardwiring is the best was to go (if you can) because it keeps the rind charged at all times
