- Answer I am unsure why it was already redeemed, but the same happened to me. When I compared the item # on my receipt to what number was listed on the back of the actual card, it didn’t match. Not knowing what to expect, I returned to the store with the card and receipt. Without hesitation the manager refunded my money because there were no more cards of the same value in the store to exchange. I’m assuming this has happened before because he sprung into action right away.

- Answer Depends which one you buy. If it says “Digital Code” it is an online code. If it says nothing, just Roblox Gift Card, then it is probably a physical card.

- Answer It work for me . If the code was part torn should’ve gone back to the store or called the number on the back of the card to get a replacement. Or the App. Store . They are the ones you can download the game from. Good luck.

- Answer Won't let return or exchange need contact on back of card,it's hard to talk to human,I got store associate helped me.but still couldn't do it,had to loose it and purchase another.a hit or miss sorry,I been there it's sad no way to get money back with receipt.roblox need do better with faults on them,my opinion
