Call customer service and choose digital download. They will help you call 1-888-237-8289 I have to say they fix my problems in nowhere when I ordered a digital download for Roblox I had a problem to receive my download code and they’ve been able to help me to receive my code only in couple minutes through my email

is it a gift card or a credit or debit if it is a credit you might want to check in with your bank. :)
