It’s pretty long and yes you can use it and charge at the same time the cables really light weight too

The Kone Pro Air's phantom flex cable is 6 feet / 180 cm long and can be plugged into the mouse mid-game to charge it. You can continue using the mouse while doing so and use it as if it was a wired device.
