A:Answer Hi Ash, thank you for your interest in our product. At the moment, our software is available for Windows exclusively. Therefore, many configurable features our products offer can not be accessed when using a different OS such as Mac. Although the Kone Pro even offers a driverless setup, its debounce time setting needs to be accessed through Swarm and can therefore not be configured with MacOS.
