Yes. Pretty much any standard mechanical keyboard keycaps. I got a generic white mechanical keyboard from China and was able to use the white keys from it on this keyboard. Pretty neat look with the black background and white keys. Got the white mechanical keyboard for some special order keycaps to use for my wife's computer.

sadly no as most of their keyboards keys are soldered and can not be exchanged

No the keycaps will not be able to be switched out cause the size of teh switches are different from most keycaps.
