It's pretty quiet. I didn't want a super clicky mechanical keyboard, and this one is pretty quiet. Maybe not as quiet as non-mechanical, but a lot quieter than most mechanical keyboards. I forget which color of switches it has... I think brown? But they're the quieter ones compared to red or blue.

This also means that the keyboard tops are hard and my experience of testing this, no it is not quiet. It is sort of click clackity. (It could be annoying depending on if you like soft or loud keyboards)
