- Answer There are no 8K movies yet. That's y u can't get 8k. By the time they make movies in 8k that tv will be obsolete. Technology. They really just started 4k movie and shows not to long ago. The original 4k tv I had, was outdated by the time the links were available for 4k.

- Answer If you're expecting the laptop to provide 4k resolution, that is based on what graphics card it has, as well as if you can completely disable the built in monitor. Normally, a second monitor matches the primary monitor's resolution, even with a good graphics card.

- Answer No. Because it is HDMI 2.0 it will only display 1440p @120hz or 4K@60hz. I just went through the whole thing with my TV and I was restricted by the HDMI 2.0 of the TV. I am using a TCL r635 tv
