That's tricky wording. It replicates the input signal so if you have A. With channel 39 Cartoon Network gen out it B and C will reflect this. You can use it for anything with a hdmi input this is to replicate signals so for example in a bar where you want to put the same channel on two tvs. This will not widen your screen range like splitting windows.
