I would try hooking the roku directly to the television to see if that works. If it does, the next step would be to plug the roku into the splitter and the splitter into the television. If that does NOT work plug a DVD player into the television. If that works, the next step would be to plug the DVD player into the splitter and the splitter into the television. If that does NOT work the issue is with your with your splitter. Make sure that all cables are securely connected including the splitter's power cable and be sure the power cable is connected to a working wall socket or power strip.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m going to recommend an HDMI reset. To do this, unplug all of the devices from the power. Disconnect all the HDMI cables from both ends and then reconnect them. Then plug in the source device I.e. the Roku, to the power. Then plug in the splitter followed by the TV. This should fix the issue.
