From my experiences, the HDMI splitter needs to have its own power source. This rocketfish splitter has that. If you are still not getting signal on both TVs, make sure your HDMI cables are good quality with big gauge wires; also make sure the cables are the same brand. If that's not the case, return the splitter for a different one as it may be defective. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The problem is with the computer. You cannot use a splitter to accomplish what you are trying to do here. If the computer does not have a second output VGA/HDMI or Digital Video then your video card does not support it and it will not work. You could accomplish this with a docking station for ther unit with additional outputs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try checking your settings, go to F4 on your computer key board and choose mulitiple sceens. You have one input from your computer to splitter, than outputs to your TV's. Also make sure if you're using HDMI cables to check your TV settings, should be on HDMI. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That does sound like a cable issue. The one cable that provides a signal is fine but I would try replacing the other HDMI cable. Also turn everything off and unplug it while you get everything connected. Then turn them back on in series, Laptop > Rocketfish splitter> TVs.
