“I tried another brand before, it would not let me split from my direct tv box to another tv, is that possible”

• I have split off of multiple HDMI sources without issue. If it has an HDMI out it works. I have split off Fios boxes, Direct tv, Dish, Blue ray etc. it always works. I am often setting up a HDMI compatible projector for outdoor viewing. Haven't had a problem yet.
