Make sure you connect the display with the lowest resolution to the output number one. You may also need to adjust the refresh rate your computer is outputting at. Turn off all the devices and unplug the displays from power for a full 30 seconds. Plug the HDMI splitter back in, then turn on the computer, then plug in the display on output one, and finally plug in the 2nd display. That should reset the HDMI connection within the devices.

Please try again later.bigcat, most likely the flash is from a sync issue that is causing the flash. you may have to play around with your resolution and Htz settings to get this to all sync up. I would recommend that you use at least medium grade cables and converts. Sometimes the cheapies are....well, cheap! Good luck!
