“Can this unit be used to "split" a ROKU signal with a "free" tv antenna?”

• Have no idea, but the splitter does not really know what the source is. It just takes one IN ands pushes TWO out.

• I'm not sure exactly what you mean. An antenna typically uses a coaxial cable and the ROKU uses HDMI. There would be no need to split the signal unless you have an HDMI antenna. This splitter should work with ROKU.
