Will this work with xfinity Comcast X1 box? null

Does your X11 box have hdmi out? If you answered yes.. then yes. HDMI signal goes into the unit and gets replicated to come out to two other tvs showing the exact same input. Very simplistic.

This will allow you to split the signal coming from your Comcast box. Keep in mind that you would be splitting one signal so both TVs would receive the exact same feed.
