A powered antenna would but the splitter nope. It might provide a better connection than you had but that is about it. As far as I experienced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A splitter will not boost the signal, it will cut the signal strength. That said, if you are getting a decent quality signal a 2-way splitter will deliver a good picture to both TVs. You may find that weak channels will no longer work on one set or the other, possibly both. If this happens an amplified splitter may be what you need to get a good picture on both sets. An amplifier will increase the signal level but not the quality of the signal, in other words, if you have a channel with a poor picture an amp will not clean that up, it will only amplify the noise. For good to excellent signals a splitter or amplified splitter will work, poor quality channels may not see improvement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A splitter divides a video signal into two identical signals, both of which are weaker than the original signal. It cannot "boost" anything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This splitter will DIVIDE your antenna signal between two TVs. It will NOT boost the signal. There are other devices that will provide about a 10db boost, they cost about twenty bucks, and they require a power source.
