“Is this a 2.0 (A) Type and what is the Gbps rating? I have an Apple 4K TV and a Samsung UHD 4K TV (TV does not support DolbyVision). Is this overkill? Thanks”

• The cable is a 2.0 cable rated at 18 GBps. Personal preference on being overkill is an individual choice. With advances in technology, they may wind up being necessary in the future.
