A:AnswerIf they ran conduit or tubing for it, tape a vacuum cleaner to one end and then feed a string from the other end, the vac will suck the string through it. Then tie your cable to the string and pull it back through.

A:AnswerSo i made this same mistake. I THINK it will work, its an 18 gbps cable, which i think is just enough. However i would suggest an HDMI 2.1 (40gbps) if your monitor has a 2.1 port. Or get a displayport 1.4 (29 gbps)
