• This cable works for most HDMI enabled devices. *This cable will not make your TV 4K/8K.

• You can, but it's not recommended since you will not notice a difference in quality. Older TV's, cable boxes, video game consoles, and Blu-ray players can only output a certain amount of quality (bandwidth) therefor it would not fully utilize this 8K Ultra High Speed cable to it's full potential. For the full experience, think about upgrading your TV, and the gear attached to it, to 4K sometime in the future - that's when this cable will make a true difference in both audio and video quality for movies and gaming.
